In early 2008, after a few years of grinding and becoming tired of the stagnant hip hop scene in Toronto, BlackHole Ent and Kitchen Confidential combined their forces and formed the W.E.B.
In a time when everyone wants to be a rapper, producer, or in some way shape or form be part of the music industry, and say they did it all themselves, these 2 groups came together to form a super group. Not only helping themselves but also each other.
Since forming, the 2 groups have put out 2 of many mixtapes in their TEK COVER series. Growing larger in stature and popularity, with the help of Slept On Studios and I Respect Music, these 2 groups turned 1 have clawed their way from the depths of obscurity, to the dim lights of the underground, and are well on their way to the flashing lights of fame.
The W.E.B. is a self propelled entity that consists of producers, engineers, videographers, graphic designers, and song writers.

We are much more than a group of rappers, we are a movement, we are family …
